mAKING THE drip coffee
Grind size: Medium Fine, coarse salt sized
Dose: 20 g
Ratio: 1 g coffee : 15 g water

Wet the filter with boiling water and discard water.

Add coffee to the filter.

Add 2 g of near-boiling water for each gram of coffee in the filter to bloom the coffee.

Swirl the coffee/ water mixture to wet all the coffee.

Wait 30-45 s for the coffee to boom.

Pour the rest of the water into the coffee.

Gently stir the coffee a few times in each direction as it drips into your cup/ vessel.

Serve.
