mAKING THE drip coffee

Grind size: Medium Fine, coarse salt sized

Dose: 20 g

Ratio: 1 g coffee : 15 g water

​

  1. Wet the filter with boiling water and discard water.

  2. Add coffee to the filter.

  3. Add 2 g of near-boiling water for each gram of coffee in the filter to bloom the coffee.

  4. Swirl the coffee/ water mixture to wet all the coffee.

  5. Wait 30-45 s for the coffee to boom.

  6. Pour the rest of the water into the coffee.

  7. Gently stir the coffee a few times in each direction as it drips into your cup/ vessel.

  8. Serve.
